Our management team members are professionals through strict screening, they possess years of safety management experience of domestic airlines, and they are young and vigorous professional management team, who are engaged in providing first-class service. FreeSky Aviation will provide safe, reliable, comfortable, rapid and private charter flight service in the world, and pursue meticulous customized service.  

The company sets up the management posts of President, Deputy President, Deputy President of Operations, Chief Pilot, Deputy President of Maintenance, Chief Engineer and Safety Officer and each management post has clear responsibilities. At the same time, the corporation also hires well-paid top experts known as aviation industry backbones for the corporation consultants, guiding and strictly controlling the management and operation and other aspects. All the corporation managing staffs are excellent operation, maintenance and safety management personnel from each professional airlines, and they possess abundant management experience and good occupational qualities. They will build FreeSky Aviation into unique and excellent charter flight airlines and provide safe, comfortable and rapid trips for members through implementing the corporate philosophy and culture.

In 1997 Air China Inner Mongolia Branch Operation Control Center flight dispatcher;
In 2004 Air China Inner Mongolia Branch dispatch director in charge in Beijing;
In 2006 Air China Aviation Safety Management Department aviation unsafety incident investigator;
In 2009 Air China Aviation Safety Management Department safety training manager, incident investigation manager, and in charge of safety management work including aviation safety audit and aviation safety supervision, participating in the construction of Air China Safety Management System (SMS).

Qualification, Awards and Work Events:
In 1999, obtained Flight Dispatcher License and B737/B757/B767/A330 type rating;
In 2005, obtained flight dispatch engineer medium-grade professional title of CAAC North China Administration;
In 2007, appointed as safety auditor of China National Aviation Holding Company and Air China;
In 2007, completing the accident investigation training in Civil Aviation Safety Institute;
In 2008, completing Australia AC&T aviation safety auditor training ;
In 2009, completing the Civil Aviation Safety Management Personnel Qualification training in Civil Aviation Safety Institute;
In 2009, appointed as intermediate internal trainer of Air China;
In 2011, completing the manager training in Party School of the Central Committee of CCYL; 
Awards: has obtained the awards of Young Post Expert of Air China, and Ten Best Dispatch Stars of China National Aviation Holding Company.
